Swapp Advocacy Group are not attorneys, but are Authorized Representatives who are legally allowed to act on the claimants behalf to submit claims, provide evidence, and communicate with the Department of Labor on behalf of employees, former employees and survivors of energy workers. Swapp Advocacy Group specializes in filing and adjudicating claims under The Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Act (EEOICPA).
